Role Description

Offering two full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, one based in Lacrosse, KS and the other in St.Francis, KS. The Administrator will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of a nursing home, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, managing budgets, and delivering high-quality long-term elder care. Key responsibilities include leading staff, implementing training programs, fostering a supportive work environment, and promoting a culture focused on resident well-being and dignity.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Nursing Home Administration and Long-term Care management
• Strong skills in Budgeting and financial management for healthcare facilities
• Understanding of Elder Care practices and a commitment to enhancing residents' quality of life
• Ability to lead staff through effective Training and team empowerment
• Current and valid Nursing Home Administrator license
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with state and federal healthcare regulations
• Experience in innovative senior living models is a plus
